DumaZulu meaning the "Thundering Zulu" is located in the heart of Zululand's KwaZulu-Natal region, near Hluhluwe.
World renowned and respected anthropologist Graham Steward, manages and conduct daily cultural tours of DumaZulu and has been closely associated with the Zulu Nation, their culture and heritage since 1967.

DumaZulu is the only cultural kraal in Zululand to have been personally opened by a Zulu King, his majesty King Goodwill Zwelethini kaBhekuzulu, a direct descendent of King Shaka, bestowing a great honour upon the kraal and thus placing the Royal Zulu seal of approval on the kraal's authenticity and objectives.

Besides day visits, overnight stay's are possible in accommodation units resembling many of the diverse tribal interior, like Zulu, Swazi, North Sotho, South Sotho, Xhosa, Venda, Tsonga, Ndebele and Tswana, in modern tastefully decorated tribal memorabilia.
